Family Law Attorney
Hilda M. Pietri Ramírez is a Washington State family law attorney dedicated to providing compassionate and effective representation to families across Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor Counties. Since obtaining her license to practice law, she has focused her career exclusively on family law, guiding clients through complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
Before becoming an attorney, Hilda worked as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern with a family law firm in Washington, where she assisted in all stages of litigation, legal research, and case preparation. Her fluency in both Spanish and English allows her to bridge communication gaps and provide accessible legal services to Spanish-speaking communities.
Hilda began her legal career as a paralegal in a family law firm in Puerto Rico, building a strong foundation in client advocacy and case management.
Beyond her practice, Hilda is deeply involved in the legal and local community. She is a member of the Thurston County Bar Association Family Law Section and the Washington State Bar Association Family Law Section. She also serves on the board of Washington Women Lawyers Capitol Chapter and has been appointed president of the board of Sound Legal Aid for 2026, continuing her commitment to equity, access to justice, and community service.
As a military spouse, Hilda is dedicated to supporting military families. She served as Volunteer Coordinator for Operation Homefront, where she was recognized as Volunteer of the Year for Region 1 West in 2020 for her leadership and service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hilda earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she served as the Pro Bono Rescate volunteer spokesperson for the 2016–2017 academic year, coordinating community programs focused on Therapeutic Jurisprudence in youth group homes and women’s correctional facilities. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Hilda enjoys traveling and has developed a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest. She continues to give back to the community through volunteerism, leadership, and her unwavering dedication to helping others.
